We sell electronic components such as Arduino boards, sensors, modules, and robotics kits. We aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but minor errors may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or change product prices without prior notice
  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Limit quantities per order if necessary

Orders

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email (if provided)
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing
  • Orders are processed only after confirmation

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfer or other available online payment methods

Full payment must be completed before dispatch (except COD orders).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days depending on location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Only eligible defective or incorrect items may be returned within the specified time period.

Warranty

Some products may include limited checking warranty (DOA – Dead on Arrival). Warranty details will be mentioned where applicable.

User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper use and handling of products
  • Ensuring correct selection before ordering
  • Providing accurate contact and delivery details

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper usage or installation.

Limitation of Liability

Robo.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product descriptions, and images belongs to Robo.pk and may not be used without permission.
