We deliver orders across Pakistan. Here's everything you need to know about processing, delivery, and shipping charges.

SHIPPING CHARGES

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 270 applies to orders across Pakistan.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

Robo.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video evidence.

If your shipment is lost, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
