We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you face any issue, you must contact us within this period.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is defective or not working (Dead on Arrival)
  • The product is damaged during delivery

Proof Requirement (Important)

To process any return or replacement, you must provide:

  • Clear video proof showing the issue with the product
  • Unboxing video (if available) will be preferred
  • Order details (invoice or order number)

Without proper video proof, claims may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused (unless defective on arrival)
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by wrong usage or improper handling
  • Physical modification or tampering
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Change of mind after delivery

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved cases will be replaced or refunded (depending on availability)
  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  2. Share order details + video proof of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the claim
  4. Return or replacement will be arranged if eligible
