At Robo.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require a clear unboxing video and/or video evidence showing the damage or defect. Claims submitted without video evidence may not be approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Robo.pk is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
