We provide warranty only on selected products where explicitly mentioned on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty, customers must:

Contact us within the warranty period (7 days)

Provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Share a clear video showing the issue with the product
Without video evidence, warranty claims may not be accepted.
Return for Warranty
If a product is approved for warranty, it may be replaced or repaired depending on stock availability. Shipping costs for sending the item back are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
General Terms
